Information you choose to provide
The newsletter form collects your email address and consent. Contact and wholesale forms collect the information entered into those forms so the shop can respond. Website orders collect the name, email, telephone number when supplied, shipping address, products ordered, payment status, and order totals needed to prepare and support the order. Messages may be delivered and stored through the shop’s email provider.
Attribution and site-performance information
The site may record an anonymous session identifier, page path, referral page, product and cart interactions, checkout events, purchase value, order reference, and campaign parameters such as UTM values or a Google click identifier. This information helps distinguish useful pages and campaigns from ineffective ones. Second Life Icons does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
How information is used
Information is used to process and ship orders, provide receipts and confirmations, respond to requests, maintain the subscriber list, send emails you requested, understand website performance, prevent abuse, and improve products and customer experience. Personal information is not sold.
Payment processing and Etsy
Direct website payments are processed securely by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment information needed to authorize the transaction and provides the payment, receipt, and invoice record. Customers who choose Etsy checkout are also governed by Etsy’s checkout and privacy terms.
Your choices
Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option. To ask about, correct, or request deletion of information submitted directly to this website, email joe@secondlifeicons.com.
