Where we ship
Direct website checkout is currently available for delivery addresses in the United States. Orders are prepared and mailed from Staunton, Virginia. If an Etsy listing offers another destination, the shipping terms displayed by Etsy apply to that Etsy order.
Website shipping charges
Card-only orders are $2.00 for the first prayer card plus $0.50 for each additional card. Prayer Corner Starter Kit orders are $8.00. Mounted-icon orders are $13.00. Books and learning materials are $12.00. A mixed order is charged once using the highest applicable package rate, so cards included with a kit, icon, or book do not receive a second shipping charge. Website orders of $100.00 or more receive free shipping.
Delivery estimates
The secure checkout page shows the shipping charge and delivery estimate before payment. Card-only orders currently show an estimated arrival of 5–12 business days. Tracked kits, mounted icons, books, and mixed parcel orders currently show an estimated arrival of 4–8 business days. Weekends, postal holidays, severe weather, and carrier disruptions can extend these estimates.
Small-batch preparation
“In stock” means the shop is currently accepting orders for the item. Prayer cards and kits are assembled in small batches, and mounted icons are finished by hand. The published delivery estimate includes the normal preparation window for a standard order. Personalized, wholesale, or custom work is quoted separately and is not sold through the standard website cart.
Tracking and stamped mail
Card-only orders may use economical stamped mail without step-by-step tracking. Kits, mounted icons, books, and mixed parcel orders use a tracked shipping service. If tracking is available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout after the order ships.
Taxes and complete cost
All product prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Stripe calculates applicable sales tax from the delivery address. The checkout page displays products, shipping, discounts, tax, and the complete amount before the customer authorizes payment.
Address changes and delivery problems
Check the delivery address carefully before submitting an order. If something is wrong, reply to the website order confirmation, contact Second Life Icons through Etsy when applicable, or email joe@secondlifeicons.com as soon as possible. Once a parcel has entered the mail stream, an address change may no longer be possible.
Parish and wholesale orders
Wholesale shipping is quoted separately based on quantity, destination, timing, and the safest practical packaging. Nothing is finalized until the complete quote has been reviewed.
